Question by blue angel: Can fights between a couple lead to decrease in sex drive?
Let’s say if a couple is fighting constantly and they break up and make up again, can that lead to both or one of them to have a decrease in sex drive. Is it different for guys and women or is it just the same?

I’ve used a lot gel, so I’ve noticed I’m having some hair loss. I saw the Rogaine commercial and I started to research before buying this. I see comments of men saying they’ve lost their sex drive, weaker erections, and so on. Though I’m not sexually active right now, I still wouldn’t want that happening to me, because I don’t know if these effects stay for ever in the body. Thanks for the help, I appreciate it!

I’m only horney for about a week right before I start my period. the rest of the time I have absolutely no sex drive at all. Of coarse my fiance still needs it so we try very hard to get me horny but the result is usually me getting physically hurt from sex from lack of arousal and moisture (even if we use a lot of lube) I think it’s a hormonal problem so I am going to see my doctor, but in the meantime do you know of any herbs, foods, other things that could naturally bring up my sex drive. ok well what i would suggest is pop in a movie that is kinda spicey not a porney jsut a cool movie with a few nice thigns thta amke u think about sex then have him gently rub the inside of ur legg slowing moving back and forth right next to ur vagina then rubbing over it it will usualy get u ready for sex

I’m currently on lexapro and I can feel it’s side effect it’s having on my sex drive, even when i’m just sitting. It tremendously decreases it. I want to have children in the future, would it cause problems in my future if i get married ?

no- this is a well-known side effect of anti-depressants that should get better over time (a few months or so)- if not, maybe you could tell your dr. and have them put you on a different one.

I’m in my mid twenties, I used to have a really high sex drive, last couple months it’s almost like having sex with my gf is a chore.

I was on Yaz for 2 yrs and I was moody and my sex drive completely vanished, so I recently switched to Loestrin 24 fe and only been on it for a month and a half and gained 5 lbs but my sex drive is back. I have had 2 ectopic pregnancies so IUC’s are out, so what bc pill has the least side effects…particularly least weight gain and doesn’t effect sex drive?

my aunt couldn’t have more babies no more because she took a lot prevention pills.

Well at least she have to worry about a single child.

I had a ovary removed due to cysts and now I Have no sex drive. When I first had the surgery my sex drive sky-rocketed and now I could care less if I ever had sex again. Is this normal?

estrogen and some other hormones are screted by ovaries. Most probaby after removal it took sometime for your body to find a new balance.This side effect might be quite common in this kind of operation. If you’re unhappy with it you may speak to your doctor and have a HRT therapy. Or try chinese herbal medicine, if you find a good practitioner it’s a safer option.

If your wife had a high sex drive would that be a complete turn off for you? I dunno but a lot of times guys after some years of marriage have to beg their wives to have sex but what if your wife’s stamina was as high as yours? Thanks and dun curse me out cause it’s one of those things you want to know but can’t ask anyone in real life.

Question by elizabeth c: Can a person lose their sex drive after they quit drinking alcohol?
Because my husband has quit drinking alcohol and says he has no sex drive now. It really bothers me and i do question the reason but am unsure. I have never had a alcohol problem so i would not fully understand side effects any answers would help! Thank you..
