Question by Aaron: What vegetables are best for training and fighting estrogen build-up?
I hear that Brocolli is the best because it contains Indole 3 carbinol for its estrogen modulating effect.

Does anyone have any more information on this and what other vegetables are recomended to be eaten if youre into weight-training and cardio nearly every day. Thanks in advance for any answers.

I’ve heard eating soybean help but I never tried it.

  1. Try to avoid soybeans and soy milk as there have been many newsreleases that have informed about the dangers of soy for male vegans.

    I do not really know about vegetables that fight estrogen but I have heard that testosterone helps in fighting estrogen, so basically working out intensely and really hard is great for fighting estrogen. Also the more muscle you have the more testosterone you may have or so I have heard (I am not sure) Eat lots of protein various times a day ( no soymilk)

    Try to search the web for testosterone building exercises and foods If you are worried about the estrogen build up.
