Perimenopause Help

imagine being that blessed. But, was using clear blue fertility monitor. Is this in my head???

I started getting this pulling uterus pain when I do certain things. i am pregnant, about 4 weeks along. no blood, no spotting. is this my uterus stretching for the babies development? I never had kids before and never been pregnant either. this is all very new too me. also get tired after cleaning up abit and taking a shower. I get hotflashes and OH YEAH, morning sickness, ALL day sickness and NIGHT sickness. I usually dry heav when I wake up, I eat what I can in small meals. I also get hotflashes after is this normal aswell? I am most conserned about the pain I feel. it isnt constent but when it happens it feels like really bad period cramp in my uterus. but then it goes away.
Help anyone?

all of the above. a couple months ago my period started coming late, instead of 28 days, it was 45 days. going on day 50. don’t think i could be pregnant. also don’t have insurance so i can’t go to the doctors. help!!!

im 29 and i have had terrible hot flashes every since i was 8 months prego with my 4th child who is now 2yrs.they never stopped!and now i have cramping between periods.does anyone else have this problem?ohh and i also have night sweats.
