Question by courious: How to deal with spouse who has a lower sex drive?
I know most couples do not have the same sex drive. My husband and I were virgins when we were married. I always knew he had a lower drive than I did. It is not unusual for us to go 2-3 weeks w/o. What are some things I can do to help this situation? My husband is not into trying new things nor talking about it. He gets very embarassed!

I don’t know what it is but I have a huge sex drive and I don’t really know what to do about it. Me and my girlfriend have sex a lot, but I still find myself having to masturbate often just to keep myself satisfied. I am 37, tested positive for menopause with a home menopause test kit, and have PMS symptoms worse than ever. When will this stop?? I live in a new country with nationalized health care and don’t have my card yet so I can’t go to the doctor unless it is an emergency. I should get my new medical card in a few months but I am miserable now. Please advise.

If you find out the answer, please let me know. But seriously, soy can help. When I am going thru pms, I treat myself to dinner out at a Japanese Restaurant. I always order Miso soup which high in soy and also eat the Edamme. Then if you eat some Sushi, you get some protein and oh, a glass of plum wine goes a long time in helping you to feel better.
I also just realize that this is the way it is right now and try to lay low during pms staying away from social engagements and don’t make any important decisions.
