Question by stanemac12: How to reduce or deal with hyper sex drive?
I don’t know what it is but I have a huge sex drive and I don’t really know what to do about it. Me and my girlfriend have sex a lot, but I still find myself having to masturbate often just to keep myself satisfied. Is there any way to tone this down so I can become more regular and don’t have to be quite so active? Or at least get it under control?

I am 37, tested positive for menopause with a home menopause test kit, and have PMS symptoms worse than ever. When will this stop?? If you find out the answer, please let me know. But seriously, soy can help. When I am going thru pms, I treat myself to dinner out at a Japanese Restaurant. I always order Miso soup which high in soy and also eat the Edamme. Then if you eat some Sushi, you get some protein and oh, a glass of plum wine goes a long time in helping you to feel better.
I also just realize that this is the way it is right now and try to lay low during pms staying away from social engagements and don’t make any important decisions.
