Yes – this is normal in spring/summer if you feel healthy. Hormone storms rage through you.
Shop for some ‘toys’ and indulge yourself. Internet porn and “SoloTouch” web site has stories to help this activity.
I’m actually all for you going out for one night stands (guys do this all the time), but sex is like fire – you should know the physical dangers, but hang out in the bars too much and you get a ‘reputation’ and the bar scene is not a real healthy lifestyle.
Better idea is to call up some old boy pals and if they are not in a serious relationship – ask them if they want to be “friends with benefits”.
It’s much better to have someone you know help scratch the itch than one-night-stands.

No, they are all pretty much snake oil. A dr. can prescribe testosterone for post-menopausal women, and younger women have gotten a libido boost from illegal steroids, but the long term side effects aren’t really worth it.
Are you dissatisfied with your sex drive, or are you being pressured by your future husband to be more sexually active? Because if the latter is the case, he is just going to have to get used to the fact you have a low libido. If you used to have a high sex drive and it has dropped recently, you should see a Dr. You could be having a reaction to your hormonal birth control or other prescription meds.

your doctor can check your hormone levels, maybe they are off. Also, depression can make you lose your sex drive, could you be depressed?

My gf and I were somewhat sexually active.. Before, we made love like nearly every single day. And for a couple of months, due to our busy schedule, we were able to at least did it twice or thrice a week. However, she is on a bit of an average side (not too lean) and she didn’t like. So recently, she’s on a somewhat strict diet and exercise. She has been losing several pounds and suddenly her sex drive is gone. She’s no longer horny and we haven’t done it for about 3 weeks… However, there’s nothing wrong w/ her and she acts very normal. I know she’s not cheating on me, or on any medication…or anything of that sort. She also mention about abstaining… Have any of the female here gone thru this sudden changes? Is there actually something wrong?

her hormone levels are probably changing from her change in lifestyle…this could change her mood and cravings for sex. also, a change in hormones could change her feelings about rather it is morally right to do that. hormones do alot we don’t always realize. just respect her if you love her.
