My mom is 49 years old and has been having sudden anxiety/depression. She describes what sounds to be like a hot flash combined with sudden anxiety and panic. She went to the MD and was tested for elevated estrogen/progesterone/luteinizing hormone, but all were within normal limits. IS it possible to be starting menopause without having elevated hormones?
I went to the doctor and she said i have low estrogen FHS and some other one that starts with an l. She didnt say what some side affects of that are…besidese missed period. Would it be weight gain? depression? Fatigue? are there any side affects???

I am going through alot of emotional things right now and I’m not sure if it’s the hormones or if I could be suffering from depression. Either one is hard to talk about with anyone but I need to do something. I’m still mostly regular, but have been having the hot flashes off and on for years. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
I have acne, irregular periods, hyperhidrosis, night sweats, etc. I am at a loss of what to do. I have treated everything but some things are not working anymore. Should I get my hormone levels tested? How do I go about doing that and can I go to a general physician? I am on birth control but I don’t know if that is making my situation worse or better. I am out of control, please help!
I have hair inbetween my breast and on and under my chin. Help!
