Question by The Rottweiler: Is there anything to increase female sex drive that will counteract with the side affects of anti-depressants?
When my girlfriend and I started dating, she was a VERY sexual girl, wanting to have sex at every possible moment. However, she started taking her anti-depressants again and it has nearly KILLED her sex drive, going from sex at LEAST daily to having sex maybe once a week or two times on a good week. She is just as frustrated as I am because she knows it is frustrating for me and while it isn’t causing me to rethink our relationship at ALL, it is something that, if I could have the old her again, of course I would love it. It would make both of us very happy. Me: VERY HAPPY!! 
But I told her I would ask on here and see if anyone knows any remedies to help out or anything that is proven to help. Please help for the sake of our love life!! Anything that will counter-act the anti-depressants grip on her sex drive! Thank you guys!

One common problem that happens is this. I have been there and done that. You have to figure out what it is first that is destroying your sex drive. If your on medication like birth control or anti-depressants that is something to think about and do research on. Other then that it could just be stress, maybe the kids, really anything that makes your life stressful can do this and lower the libido.
One thing I tried that seemed to work while I was doing it was exercising. I just felt sexier doing it which kind of boosted my libido. However it wasn’t the best solution for me.
