Question by Jemma: I dont produce enough estrogen so if I start on birth controll pills will my breast size get bigger?
My doctor said I dont produce enough estrogen so she started me on provera oral contraceptives to regulate my period.Im on a diet so is it possible that my breast would grow,but I wont gain weight in the other part of my body?

you could try eating and drinking more soy products.

having a lot of soy produces estrogen

but beware, there have been other side effects…

do some research on soy products on google and see what you want to do!

I was just wondering if there was a way to get a male body to produce more estrogen than testerone?
Or is there any natural way to produce more estrogen?
And if not, can you get estrogen through food? I heard that soy works, but do estrogens contained in food have the same effects than estrogens produced by the body?
