I’m 22 and healthy. I’ve been on ortho tricyclen-lo for about 3 years and my sex drive steadily decreased. If I decide to stop taking the pill because of my decreased libido, what other birth control method could I use? I’m sorry but abstinence is not one of them. I do enjoy intercourse just not anymore.

IUDs are a good option.
