I’ve kinda lost my sex drive, I’m having some emotional entanglements lately, and just recently switched my Birth control pills. I want to know kind of herbs, vitamins or natural remedies I can take to get my sex drive back. I feel really bad cause I just wanna please my man and make him happy, but when i’m not enjoying he doesn’t either. Please Help!!!

Sex drive isn’t a chemical thing that pills make all better. It’s mental. You need to clear your mind of your other problems when it’s time to make love, and focus on enjoying the act. Do you guys do fun sexy things before hand? Make sure you spend the time you need to relax (make him give you a massage) so that you can actually enjoy sex again.

I am only 22 years old and have lost a significant amount of my sex drive. I was on prozac 11 months. Some sources on the internet say anti depressants may cause permanent erectile dysfunction. I wanted to hear from other guys who have possibly experienced this.

I never had this problem. Talk to your doctor. Maybe he can give you something that can help you get your sex drive.

Try it and see what happens. You won’t know the side effects until you try em. If it does you can stop one or both to restore it.

They are all natural, so no harm, right?

My drive has done way down the tubes, just like it did with my first pregnancy, and I feel bad but I don’t want to leave my husband totally out of the game. He needs sex often to be a normal person in his mind.
