People who exercise regularly experience a higher sex drive than sedentry people. What is the scientific reason behind this?

Best answer:

Answer by Libby
I think that virtually everything is related to each other, when it comes to our physical and emotional connections. I tell my choir students that living a healthy and strong lifestyle builds a stronger vocal instument – and it does. Strength training is good for practically everything (if done correctly, with a trainer initially) It builds and maintains sexual desire; it builds self-confidence and esteem (which is certainly related to good sexual expression) since it has the potential to dramatically alter one’s body shape; and it even builds cardiovascular strength and endurance. All of this is beneficial to one’s sex life.
