Is there anything to treat low male libido?02.09.12

Question by Catty: Is there anything to treat low male libido?
My husband has absolutely no libido. He’s had extensive tests and he’s a very healthy man. He’s on hormone replacement for low testosterone but it has had no affect on his libido. Is there any medication or herbal supplement that he can take that REALLY helps? Anyone have experiences in this?

Most male enhancement supplements (Virility Ex, Extenze, Enzyte, Spartan Blend, Expanzite, etc.) contain herbs that have been shown to have strong effects on libido and circulation. They can increase blood flow to the penis, and can help tone the pelvic floor muscles. More blood flow can lead to larger, harder erections, and toned pelvic floor muscles can make a penis stand more erect.

Tell him to talk to his doctor before he takes anything, in case of drug-interactions, side effects, or allergic reactions, etc.

Q&A: What are some alternative ways to treat menopause symptoms without using any hormone replacements?10.25.11

Question by tennis: What are some alternative ways to treat menopause symptoms without using any hormone replacements?
I really do not want to use any HRT therapy, even bio-identicals. Can you recommend a type of Dr. to see that can treat menopause symptoms without a prescription of some type?

Red Clover and black cohosh are both used to help with menopause. I personally see a ND who specializes in female hormone issues. Check on line, look for a local herbalist, ND, or holistic practitioner.
