Question by Unknown: Would it intimidate you if your wife had a high sex drive?
If your wife had a high sex drive would that be a complete turn off for you? I dunno but a lot of times guys after some years of marriage have to beg their wives to have sex but what if your wife’s stamina was as high as yours? Thanks and dun curse me out cause it’s one of those things you want to know but can’t ask anyone in real life.

My wife wants sex more than I do but it’s not really a turnoff. I think I’m pretty normal sexually but I wish I could give her more.

It’s going on years and wife says she has no drive. I pick up slack at home, helping bath kids, fill her car with gas, dishes and yet she won’t even try to have an intimate relationship. She won’t read up on what might cause the problem, could really careless. I’m dying to connect emotionally and physically. She still dresses provocatively when going to work, would she still care if her boob’s can be seen if she didn’t have a sex drive? Help!

remind her that the difference between a marriage and roommates is sex. The difference between friends and a sexual relationship is sex. Drag her to counseling as well.

My wife suffers from chronic depression and for a while she had no sex drive. Then she stopped taking her birth control and turned into a nympho (lol). Then she started taking the depo shot(since we were having so much sex) and it killed her sex drive again. It’s starting to damage our marriage.

it is a side effect of the shot. there are other birth control opposition out there try those

Since my wife has become pregnant my libido has gone completely down, and it has been over a month since we had sex last. I do not know why but I do not get turned on anymore, not at all by no one. I believe it will soon crush my marriage.
I would like to know if there are any articles or anything in the subject. If it is normal, if there are other people out there with the same problem, and how some of these people overcame it.

You could try viagra but I will tell ya what, that stuff sucks. The side effects are terrible. Have you ever tried a sexual enhancer? I was in your situation, like I said, viagra was tried but it wasn’t for me considering the side effects overwhelm the pleasures of it. It could be she has just lost interest in you. It is hard to say… but it is sometimes triggered by losing interest in your sexual partner! Ask her what the deal is on a serious level! We are told that is the age when one is very sexually demanding and active more than those females who are in their 20s. she should have a high sex drive until late 40s and maybe…..
