I tried a supplement and the first time I took it my libido was very high, so I bought more of it. Then when I took it again the next 2 days later almost no libido. I’m thinking maybe I has more free testosterone that day. Idk. The question is how to I get my libido to be hight like that more often rather than rarely on occasion?

Hormones. There is nothing you can do to increase your testosterone level without seeing a medical professional. Maybe try working out to get the blood and testosterone pumping.
