I used wild yam cream and it worked wonders. After my daily shower, I would rub about 1/4 tsp worth on my abdomen.
I highly recommend it

Have you ever tried to take a highly concentrated soy pill? They sell it at GNC and the stuff actually works.....I can't give you the name or I get accused of solicitation.....just do what I did, ask them for a soy product that relieves hot flashes. Science found that Asian women do not suffer hot flashes in the extreme like we do because they eat soy products all their life....

Yes, I have used it and it does work (for a while). After about 6 months I started seeing flashes of light in my peripheral view.
What seems to have worked best for me was silk light chocolate soy milk. It tastes great, not that high in calories, and is pretty good for you. The cohosh that I took had a warning not to take for long periods of time. I'm still drinking the soy even though my hot flashes have subsided (for now)
Good luck!
