Hormonal imbalance problem?
I went to the doctor and she said i have low estrogen FHS and some other one that starts with an l. She didnt say what some side affects of that are…besidese missed period. Would it be weight gain? depression? Fatigue? are there any side affects???

I am into natural therapies as much as possible. Check out natural progesterone. It is the precursor of estrogen, and you can’t overdose on it. Your body just makes as much estrogen as it needs from it. Our bodies make less of it the more we age and cancer cells hate it.
